Order Agreement

All sales are subject to availability. Priority Flocks Farmstead reserves the right to refuse service or cancel any order at our discretion.

Placing an order confirms that you have read and agreed to all posted policies, including shipping, vaccination, and live arrival terms.

Payment Terms

Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Orders are not secured until payment is successfully processed.

Chargebacks or payment disputes without prior communication will be treated as a violation of these terms.

Limitation of Liability

Priority Flocks Farmstead is not responsible for:

• Postal delays

• Carrier mishandling

• Weather-related transit issues

• Improper brooder setup

• Incubation errors

• Losses occurring after delivery

Our liability is limited strictly to the terms outlined in our Live Arrival Guarantee.

Under no circumstances shall Priority Flocks Farmstead be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

 

Biosecurity & Returns

Due to strict biosecurity standards:

• No live poultry may be returned

• No hatching eggs may be returned

• All sales are final

Once poultry or eggs leave our farm, they may not re-enter under any circumstance.
