Raising the Standard, One Flock at a Time.
🐣 Egg & Chick Policy
At Priority Flocks Farmstead, we put a lot of care into our breeding program. We check fertility regularly and maintain an average of 80% or higher fertility at the time your eggs are shipped.
Because hatching eggs are delicate and hatch success depends heavily on incubation, shipping conditions, and handling once they arrive, we’re unable to guarantee hatch rates or offer refunds based on hatch outcomes. We truly wish we could control every step — but once they leave our farm, they’re in new hands and environments.
🥚 If Eggs Arrive Damaged
We package our eggs carefully and securely, but occasionally rough shipping happens.
If eggs arrive broken:
- Please send clear photos within 2 hours of delivery
- We’re happy to offer replacements
- Buyer is responsible for reshipping costs
We want you to have a great experience and will always do our best to make things right within reason.
🌸 Hatching Season
Our hatching season runs March through September.
If for any reason we’re unable to fulfill your order during the season purchased, you will receive a full refund.
Orders are shipped in the order they are received.
🐥 Chick Orders
- Chicks are local pickup only
- By placing an order, you agree to pick up in Egg Harbor City, NJ
- Pickup is by appointment at a public meeting location in Egg Harbor City, NJ
- All chicks are sold as straight run unless otherwise stated
We raise our chicks with care and inspect them before they leave us. However, once they leave our farm, their health and well-being are outside of our control.
🚚 Shipping Information
- We ship hatching eggs to the lower 48 states only
- No shipping to Hawaii or Alaska at this time
🛡️ Biosecurity
