Reservation Fulfillment Policy

Because we work with live incubation, exact hatch numbers can vary. While every hatch is carefully planned and monitored, Priority Flocks Farmstead reserves the right to adjust fulfillment based on hatch results and quality control standards.

 

In the rare event that we are unable to fulfill your exact reservation, customers will always be contacted first before any adjustments are made.

Available options may include:

• Priority placement in the next scheduled hatch

• Store credit

• Full refund

We do not substitute breeds without customer approval.
